How come I no longer receive the daily long in bonus?

How come I no longer receive the daily login bonus, the one with the treasure chest? I haven’t gotten it for months, I thought maybe they stop giving it after a certain level, I’m on 3160. Also, there used to be where I could watch a video and get a bonus, and that also doesn’t happen anymore.

    We would like to welcome you to the king community. Thank you so much for being willing to joining 🙏

    Currently the King has released a large number of new events & offers, and has shared it through a few groups. Not all events/ offers are for everyone. Before any change is implemented a randomly chosen group of players is selected to trial the feature, and based upon how the change is viewed king then decide whether the change is one they want to adopt or not. This feature has been rolled out to different players for a certain amount of time but not everyone will receive this.
    If you not received AD that mean you are now not under the testing group.😥

    Thanks for tagging me @Sukanta_Biswas.  @drp962 what game are you referring to?  Could it be Candy Crush Soda Saga? A player reported not getting the daily bonus on Windows 10 today.  The only advice I could give you right now is to do some troubleshooting to see if it comes back.  He is troubleshooting Windows 10 and I am waiting for him to get back to me.  Please follow the steps on here.

    I am using Windows 10 on a desktop PC and no longer receiving the daily bonus.  I can spin the wheel and receive a booster but the daily disappeared last week.  Is there anything I need to do or are you troubleshooting this issue?

    @jdkelly64, are you referring to the daily treat calendar?  See if the troubleshooting on here helps you fix that.

    Hi I was wondering whats going on and joined the community to see if there are others facing the same frustrating glitches.. Playing candy crush on an android mobile device now at level 4000 + in the last two days I seem to have lost.. A. Daily treats. B. Spin wheel C. Weekly challenges etc.. WHAT IS Happening??? Can you assist?

    Hi @Angelique_D, welcome to the community.  It makes no sense that you lost everything on a mobile device.  Can you please try some troubleshooting to see if that works for you.
