Gold bars gone after phone upgrade

Trying AGAIN to get a solution. Gold bars disappeared after iPhone upgrade last week. HOW DO I GET THEM BACK? Simple question. Need an answer please, not to be directed to another question post or chat board. Need a cust. care rep to contact me. This is my 10th post!!!!!!No solution. Ridiculous.

    Hi Rosemary, we hear you and we are trying to respond to you.  I need to know if these were purchased gold bars or rewarded gold bars from playing a challenge.  If it's a purchase then it needs to be directed to one area.  If it's a reward then it needs to go elsewhere so we need further information.

    I just upgraded my iPhone. I had over 50 gold bars most purchased. Additionally my daily win board was empty. How do I get my gold bars or my money back.

    Hello @Betsy_Jacoby - as my friend @Elsa stated above - if your gold bars were purchased and you still had some that were unused - then your missing gold bars can be restored, but the studio will need your game ID.  The link below tells how to find your game ID: https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/discussion/247069/what-is-my-user-id-and-where-can-i-find-it#latest  Then please fill out and submit a contact support form (make sure to include your Game ID) and the studio can check your account and restore any unused gold bars you purchased. https://soporto.king.com/contact
