When I logged in to Facebook I lost all my booster and gold bars how do I get them back

Hi @awadalla1, welcome to our community.  I would like to take a moment to offer you a message for all newbies to learn more about our community which you can find here.  We always run contests so be sure to do them for a chance to win gold bars.

Were you not playing through Facebook and then suddenly connected with them?  That would happen on a mobile device because they are only saved to your device but if you changed the way you were playing then this could happen.  Gold bars you should never lose.  If you can get your user ID # by following the steps on here and then write back I can then tag a community manager to look into your account to find out what happened to them.  Please don't post your number here.
