I’ve already performed ALL of these tricks
Game continues to crash
I’ve uninstalled and
reinstalled the game
FIVE times now
NOTHING I HAVE DONE HAS WORKED !!!
I have enough space on my phone
all apps are up to date
System is up to date
And NO RESPONSE OR HELP from
King community on how to resolve
STILL CRASHES AFTER ALL ATTEMPTS
king support keeps sending me same email with same game fixes

We always run contests so be sure to do them for a chance to win gold bars.Thank you for sharing that you have tried troubleshooting. Is it crashing for the video? If so, it's a glitch and has already been reported to the studio. Are you playing through Facebook because there have been a couple of glitches playing through their platform?

I am playing through Facebook
i uninstalled and then reinstalled the Facebook app
game is still crashing as of October 27th

This might be another Facebook glitch because I just responded to someone here who reported the same thing. You might want to create a King account and play through them. I haven't played through Facebook in over a year. I only play through the Kingdom. I'll post a link below if you are interested in creating an account.
