My candy crush won’t connect to Facebook internet or kingdom?

i don’t know why but my candy crush won’t connect to Facebook or kingdom I have perfect internet but it’s saying I don’t have a connection, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalling loads of times still no luck? I needn’t my connection back it’s been like this for a while now!! And where I uninstalled it I am now back on level one and can’t get my levels back and I was on level 3600 and something!! Please HELPPPP!!!???

    Hi guys, welcome to our community.  I would like to take a moment to offer you a message for all newbies to learn more about our community which you can find here.  We always run contests so be sure to do them for a chance to win gold bars.

    Are you playing the game on a mobile device?  The only way to resolve that is to uninstall and reinstall the game but I must warn you that by doing it on a mobile device you will lose all lives and boosters since they are only saved on that device.

    I am not able to connect to my profile either. It just says connection error. I don’t want to uninstall and lose over 100 levels. Any other suggestions?

    Hi @willcasie, welcome to our community.  Are you playing the game on mobile?  If you are getting a wifi error message then the only resolution is to uninstall and reinstall it again.  If you have been playing through Facebook or King then your progress is saved on their server.  But uninstalling on mobile will make you lose your lives and boosters.

    I’m still not getting the help that I need I have uninstalled and reinstalled and still nothing now I am on level 1 again it’s been like this for a few weeks now!

    Hi @ellis123005, I am going to suggest that you get your user ID # by following the steps from here.  Once you have it then at the bottom you will see "Contact Us".  Click on it and complete the pop up giving your # and the level that you were at.  They will be able to get your progress back.
