    Thanks for tagging me @popanda55.  Welcome to all new community members. First I need to know where you are playing the game - computer or mobile device?  Then I need to know if you are playing through Facebook or king.com or Windows 10.  Once I get that information from all of you I can offer you further direction.

    @Elsa mobile app and Facebook. It takes 15 min for the game to fully load. I don't even get the daily spin.

      I am having the same issue. I play on the mobile app and  sign in through Facebook. It continues to try to fill the dropper then nothing.

    Well you might not like what I want to say first and that is why are you playing through Facebook?  I haven't used their platform in a year because there are always glitches with it!  Three times in the last year there were glitches where the players couldn't send or receive lives.  I ONLY play through King.  You have 3 options to try out.

    1. Create a King account and log in with them.  You can sync your Facebook and King account.  I'll give you some links here if you want to choose option 1.

    Follow the steps from here to create an account and then to sync your game.  You will need a computer to sync them.

    2.  I can give you troubleshooting to see if that works.  Below are 3 links.  Are you clearing the history daily?  Make sure on your mobile that you have the most recent version of the game and also your operating system.


    3.  This is the FINAL and only step leflt to do.  Uninstall and reinstall your game on your mobile device. BUT I do want to warn you that if you do this you will lose all lives and boosters because they are only saved to your device.

    The only difference between paying through King vs Facebook,, besides the glitches is the friends.  When you play through Facebook you are adding Facebook friends who can send you lives.  When you play through King your friends are randomly chosen for you so you still get the lives but you just don't personally know these people.
