Ok I've read every single message here. So are the majority of you playing via mobile device? Which one - Apple, Android, or Windows mobile? I am going to give you a link where you can check out your device and the messages from management here.
For those of you who have been playing on mobile via Facebook, please create a King account by following the link here. I know that when all else fails it is suggested to uninstall and reinstall the game app but I have to warn you that you will lose all lives and boosters since they are only saved to your device. Only the gold bars will remain in your account because they are saved on the server. I did see that a couple of you already wrote that you have uninstalled and reinstalled and are still having these problems. So please let me know if you are playing through Facebook or King? Then I will try to see if I can offer you more help.

I have done all of the suggested steps many times. This started when I got a new phone. It's an issue on the King server. Here is my info:
