I have been too the pink cog and al i have is settings the only include ..how to play... notification.. and features.. sound on and off .. and My Profile .. wen i click onto my profile it only gives me an option to change pic or a ? ..which takes me to candy crush community.Please helpThank you

Dear Sir / Madam,
On my game of Candy Crush I can't access the bank to buy any items.
And also the Spinning wheel is missing the STOP button so I can't use it to get any prizes.
Can this please be fixed.
I'm just a little upset.
