Wheel and Extra Moves stuck on loading/ connecting

Are you connected on Facebook with the game? I had to reconnect with FB to get my boosters back.

I was connected via king/email.

No where do they even specify connect via Facebook or lose all boosters. With how heavily they monitor this forum you think they’d tell people not to “uninstall then reinstall” even though multiple people say to do it on every single page. And now this is the only thing in my “events” tab.

The only reason I did it is because I sent a ticket over the Candy Crush Saga team they're the ones that said do it so I did it worked and they gave me my boosters back
