different synchronized accounts
Hello, I have my Candy Crush user linked to my Facebook. The other day I logged into the mobile with my friend's email account in Candy Crush and our accounts have been synchronized. She was on level 4075 and I was on level 4535 and she got on my level. Since then our accounts are linked and we do not know how to separate them. Everything one does in their Candy Crush affects the other. I would appreciate your help 😄

You said you are logged into your game through your Facebook account. How about your friend? Do they have Kingdom account OR Facebook account?
Are you playing the game on a PC or a mobile device?

OK! Can you do something for me?
(1) First, log out of your game on your mobile device --> clear cache --> turn it off;
(2) I think it is better to follow these below steps on a PC rather than a mobile device (because I have tried on my iPad, but it was not a success)
Go to https://king.com/games ---> Click on "Settings" and select "Sign Out". With this, you will come out of your friend's account ---> Now, close the King.Com window and clear cookies / cache, etc., (make sure to delete entire browsing history along with passwords) ---> You can restart your computer at this point / or not (but better to restart) --->
Now, open https://king.com/games again ---> Since you have cleared cookies, etc., you won't be logged in anymore ---> You should be able to see an option to create a new account, here, you create an account with your details ---> Once you do that, you should see an option of "sync your game". Make sure to save the changes.
** Just in case if you need help ---> "Sync your game between Facebook & Kingdom"
Now, open your mobile log in either through Facebook account OR Kingdom account that you have just created. You should be all set now and un-linked from your friend's game!

When a King account and Facebook account get merged or synced, you cannot separate them. The Facebook account over writes the King account and the King account is now lost. The game is now completely saved on the player with the Facebook account.
The only solution for this is that the player that had the King account, creates and new King account with another email and then gets the game manually restored on that account.
Please reinstall the app on your device and create a new King account when opening the game.
Let me know the Game ID on the new King account and the level you were on and I will manually restore it. How to find your Game User ID on mobile devices and the Windows app check here.
