The same problem as mentioned above is
Uninstall your app and then reinstall it will give you only your gold bar while all booster finish it's the only option for you

When u change your password without log out this problem so it's my experience to uninstall the app and then reinstall to solve my problem so you can try also all booster lost except gold bar

You could try contact support and ask them to reset your user ID. Might work ;-)

You want people to uninstall the app and then install again.. that will only lose your progress threw the game. Need real help for this ? Well your not going to get it. This support team on here is not helping anyone that’s having these issues. Ridiculous!!!

My booster wheel is also stuck in loading User ID 11143255135

Their server has been down for months and no one has address it. Re-install the game and lose a couple of YEARS of progress? Easier to just shut down the entire thing!
