Hi, I have a 4000 plus account linked to my Facebook. Recently, I created a new Facebook account and for some reason, the game latched on to the new account and I playing right from level 1. When I logout and login again, it just latched on to the new FB account. It happens even after I open my Facebook and login to my old account before trying again on candy crush. Please let me know how to get back my old account.

@derracs if playing via facebook clear the browser cache to the beginning of Timeand restart your pc. log in to your old game and should be ok. seen a few times when two different accounts have been used on same device this happens. if mobile you could try clearing game cache bur this may cause you to lose boosters

You cannot transfer a game from one Facebook account to another.
If you start playing on a new Facebook account, the game will also be brand new.
I can manually move you to the same level on the new account, but scores, ranking, Boosters etc cannot be moved.
Let me know your level and Game ID if you want me to move the game to the same level on your new account.
