If you play on mobile, then please email Player Support directly from the game.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.
@Priyankathakur and @Freddy_Falkner the studio cannot reimburse you for any rewards that you received from an event. If they were purchased items then you need to get your user ID # and then write to Player Support. We cannot handle any purchase issues here in this community as it involves sensitive data.

@Elsa Please note that there's is no Game User ID needed when you email from the game's Settings and Help Center. The Game ID will be automatically sent from the game to Player Support in the email.
Like @Freddy_Falkner mentioned, when emailing directly from the game, all transactions, purchases and Game ID will be visible automatically for Player Support.
