@RitaFonseca there is no fix for this at the moment as it is a complex issue the game team are working on. Please be patient and hopefully this will be resolved soon

@lainy2521 From your picture on other post you do not have this problem as the feature is not there. Problem with this is feature is there but just keeps spinning and will not connect. Yours more likely that due to it being a test feature and you are not in the test group , test features are randomly picked groups or its missing due to a temporary problem
