It's only gold and progress which is synced to FB, boosters and messages are locally stored in the game only so if it's reinstalled, they get wiped. Hmmm strange one, give this a try: go into Safari and make sure you are logged into your FB account from the FB site directly. If you've already done that, clear cache from Safari and try again. When you hit connect in the game it should just automatically sign you in now. Let me know if that helped! Awesome :)

Did you ever connect your game to Facebook or Kingdom? If you connected the game to Facebook or Kingdom it will automatically be restored once you reinstall and connect again.
