Level moving backwards
Last week i was on level 1965, came back and was at 1865. So i played and moved up to 1869. Now i clearing my browsing history, cache, etc. and it put me back to 1865. Can anyone tell me why this keeps happening. I'm playing through facebook, my browser is up to date. It is so frustrating.

Lost progress
Okay, this is about the 3rd or 4th time I have lost my progress on Candy Crush. I play through facebook on my laptop. Last night i was on level 2069 and now today it put me back to 1965. Why is it every time my computer restart my Candy Crush drops to level 1965?
I play on my laptop through Facebook and every time my computer restarts it makes my game go back to level 1965. this is so irritating as I was way past that level a long time ago. Does this happen to anyone else? It's like it is not syncing and i have no idea what to do.

Was at level 1965 on Candy Crush on Facebook and now when i open it i'm at 1865?
Was at Level 1965 the other night and when i opened it now, it is at 1865? I have updated Chrome, Cleared my history/cache, etc. Can anyone answer why this happened?

Lost 100 levels in Candy Crush
About a week ago, i was on level 1965 and went to play the following day and was back at level 1865. Why does this happen? I unistalled and reinstalled the game on FB, updated browser, cleared cache, etc. What else can i do?

I've passed level 1760 on Candy Crush 3-4 times and it won't advance.
So yesterday I came on here and read some similar posts, so I tried different browsers, cleaned out the cache, etc. Now it moved me all the way back to level 1745. Is there anything else i can try?
