Lost over 24 hrs of unlimited playtime after Candy Crush Soda Saga automatically updated.
On 4/12/17, after an automatic update I lost over 24 hrs of unlimited play time. This is bothersome bc I've devoted a lot of time and $$ to get to that point. I notice that many other ppl. have complained about the same problem. Thanks for your help. Please restore what I've earned.

After doing an update I lost 30 hrs of unlimited lives. How do I get them back?
Went to play candy crush soda and it wouldn't let me play until an update was done. After doing the update 30 hours of unlimited play time was gone!! How do I get them back?

My iPhone had to be reinstalled and i have been reset to day 1 of daily rewards.
My phone crashed last night and I had to factory reset it, my level is ok 850. But my daily rewards which I hadn't missed since the start so something like day 200+ or more and now I'm back to day 1 of daily rewards. I was getting 30mins unlimited play most days. Probably nothing major but it was nice seeing the rewards…

Earning unlimited lives and losing them again when I stop playing
When I get my bonus of getting to play unlimitedly for a period of time - for instance when I get my daily bonus or the extra ones that lie by different levels - then when I stop playing and not having used all my time then once I play again all my time has gone. Now this is NEW!! First of all I lose my 23+ hours of time…

I have played this level about a hundred times and never even get CLOSE to beating it. What's the deal?? By the way, I'm also stuck on candy crush 2262 because of an apparent glitch that has yet to be fixed, so no game playing for me...

"You Pressed the quit button" - NO, I didn't!
Every day, at least once, when I use the mobile app, I tap on a level to start a game, when suddenly it says "you pressed the quit button" and robs me of a level. This happens when I don't even touch anything. It's been happening for weeks, and people have been commenting on it, but no one seems to want to do anything…

I purchased extra moves but the game froze and I didn't receive the extra moves. Can they either be added or the money refunded to me please? Thanks

Update in Kindle won't work
When I go into my Candy Crush Soda game on my Kindle it tells me to update the game, but when I go to the app store, no update is available. Also it won't sync my progress in the game.
