Candy Crush Soda Sage Level 1045
Although I have completed level 1044 I am unable to access level 1045. I did the last update on April 5th 2017 and have closed and relaunched the app and taken measures to try to gain access and am still unable to do so. Please help!

level 517 reward not given after I've passed & further levels have to be manually found
passed level 517 didn't receive reward after I've unlocked it & now on level 530 but have to get there manually. As if pass of level 517 isn't recognise? Asked this question yesterday but haven't had any help as yet?

Regarding loss of unlimited lives since last update
I'm on level 1370. Since the last update, which took several attempts to do, my unlimited lives disappear when i switch off my tablet. No presents lost all my extra lollipos etc
Very frustrated at 722, would not open my presents, tried level again and nothing. Kept playing and still can't open presents. I had lollipos etc in the 40s uninstalled and reloaded and lost all my lollipops etc. I have pd for a lot of them. Needs to be fixed. Frustrated beyond belief. This is the only game I play
