I have been on 1892 for a while. Today I finally got down to no moves left but the last combination was sitting on the board. I paid to play on, made my move, passed the level and then it crashed. When it came back on, I am still on 1892. I want the money I paid for an extra move refunded.
When I buy the 250 turn Soda Crush in app purchase for $20.99, I don't get 250 extra turns. Please explain.

didn't receive any bonuses after finishing the fishing tournament last week in 2nd place with around 2500 fish. This seems to be a constant complaint judging by other comments. Why bother with the tournament if it doesn't work?
