I play Candy Crush soda on facebook desktop site and also on mobile devices. I am on 228 but the desktop level has been reset back to level 1. How do I sort ?
I had at least 4 hours of free play left, and it disappeared in the middle of playing. Never mind, I just finished the next level and have hours of free play waiting for my next login ;) I tried to delete this whole question, but it would not allow me to.
I have the latest version of W10. I have installed Candy Soda from the Windows store . Although Facebook apps are up to date, The Desktop apps, (same game) are way behind!! why is this?

Hi, I have a problem updating my Candy Crush Soda Game, when I'm trying to do this I get a message "You can't install Candy Crush Soda now, please try later or finish the installation". And the "update button" refreshes over and over again. HELP!!! I'm very sad, it is continuing for two days!
After getting a new handset I reinstalled the game and logged into my account my progress was saved but the items and coins I had saved were not

Hey there, I updated my Candy Crush Soda Saga two days ago. While I was updating my phone broke down and now I am back at Level 1. I haven't been connected to Facebook and I haven't had a name for my avatar. I was already around Level 525. Is there a chance for help?Thanks and best regards
whenever i ask for help to advance to next level it comes thru as a life not help to advance to level 61. Why is this?
