cannot pass level 45. I have had numerous help requests and have waited over a month. I have even done the level 45 over again a few times but still will not let me go on to next level. Please help me

I am playing Candy Crush Soda on my Kindle and got up to level 495 and it won't let me move on. I have passed this level playing on my PC. I have also synched my tablet to Facebook and it still won't pass 495. What should I do?
1) I saw that King add a new event: Fishing Tournament. However, when I reach the reward from 1 to 10, I did not any gifts. Who can explain to me? 2) Can King add the events into he computer? I rarely play games on mobile devices, so this is very hard to get rewards and continue the game.
