i accidentally logged on to FB and my progress went from 379 to 65. I deleted the application on my ipad but still i cannot go to where i was. Please help

In Candy Crush Saga the next episode unlocks after a few days if you don't have gold bars or friends to ask. It seems though that it doesn't do this in Candy Crush Soda Saga. I have been unable to play it for a week now. Are there any other options or do I just have to quit playing the game?
