Bonjour à tous, J'ai changé de téléphone en début de mois et j'ai installé l'appli dans la foulée mais le petit soucis est le suivant : la liaison Facebook est faite sur les deux appareils mais sur mon ancien téléphone, je suis au niveau 18000 alors que le nouveau est à 16000. Ad not loading, need to exit game and lose all progress
Since yesterday, many times an ad won’t load at all, just leaving a blank screen and the only way to move on is to exit and close the game and open again, losing any progress. It’s very frustrating. Game is updated and it continues.

Didn't get anything after purchase
Yesterday bought a €9,99 pack because I was stuck and needed 10 gold, purchased the pack but my game was lost my winningstreak and didn't get any gold or extras... I paid I have the proof in mail and bankaccount. I am not happy so yo say lost my streaks and lost €9,99.. I want my extras and compensation!

what happened to the extra moves that were offered at the end of every failed level? It’s been months since they have gone and honestly Soda sucks now without them. Please fix this or I will delete the app and campaign on my social media for friends to do the same.

On your last life you give the option of paying ten bars to continue. If you pay the ten bars you also get twenty minutes of life. I bought twenty bars so I could continue the game. Soon as I bought bars I the game closed on me. This is not the first time that's happened.
