Yet again I didn't get my bonus after being on podium for 3 weeks in a row. I have a picture from yesterday when the clock was at 0 time left and it shows me on podium and having the prior 2 weeks podium finishes lit...please fix this

Both of my Android phones show “Bakery – Starting Soon” in Candy Crush Soda Saga. The game is fully up to date and we are online, but the Bakery event does not start on either device. What is causing this issue? Is the event currently disabled or delayed on the server side?

I have some rewards to claim but every time I tap on the claim box the whole image shakes and the reward does not activate. I have updated the game but this did not help.
