I bought the May special this weekend, but the free 2 hour playing and the lollipops never were added, what can I do?

I completed 10 levels and didn't receive my 5 hammer and lives reward in candy crush. How do I collect my reward?
I bought the may bundle and it said my card failed but when I went to my bank account it clearly shows where it was taken out but it told me my card failed don't get it and its not showing up on my game
