No solution.  They can’t duplicate the issue on their end so they’ve done nothing.  Clearly it’s an issue Candy Crush people

When I started the game today everything was in landscape. I played BGH and I won the throne. So came back in the “normal” level play and all of a sudden the screen rotates to portrait. I tapped on a level to play, came in the level and it’s landscape. Out of the level: portrait. I was dethroned, play BGH again in landscape. Ipad fully updated, game updated, version 1.155.7 iPad 6th generation ios 13.3
@QueenB any solution?

The developers are not fixing it even though it’s their issue not ours.

I am having the same problem and it just started today after I had payed for half hour, then waited for more lives and then it goes to portrait mode and won't go to landscape.
