This is a known issue that is currently being looked at by the studio. You can follow this thread for updates while we wait to hear back. In the meantime, you can continue to play the game without the extra features, or try out one of the other popular King games.

I think you're missing the point of most of us on this thread. We've been patient for over a week now since the problems started and have been unable to earn boosters, gold bars, etc through the various side/team quests, races, etc. It shouldn't be that hard for them to find out what's going on and fix the issue. I personally don't play other King games, I ONLY play CCSS and ONLY on a Windows 10 laptop.

I wish to clarify that the response you quoted me on was directed at an individual who inquired about the problem in an entirely different thread. It appears that that topic has now been merged with this one in an effort to keep all related inquires in one place.
You should know, I too am a Windows 10 player and I absolutely share in your frustration. I have to believe that the studio is doing everything they can to solve the problem as quickly as possible. All I can do is encourage everyone to sit tight and check back for updates.

I didn't see that, I only saw it in this thread. I'm sorry if I came off as mean, but a lot of us are very frustrated that it's taken this long without any word from 'the studio' as to any estimated fix. I spent years working with software as both a programmer and a designer/systems engineer and if I'd let something affecting this many customers go on so long without at least an official update on the status, I'd have been in real trouble, so I hope you can understand my frustration at the lack of any official information.

I'm sorry it is. Question: Is your game updated and the cache cleared? It matters a lot. These events can also have disappeared briefly. Play a level and you're back. Because sometimes it's a time delay. It may also have been taken from you. Because players get random events. They don't always stay. You can get a new one for that. Wait and do what I told you to do. Good luck
