    I am also having issues with Candy Crush Saga. I have a Mac and am using macOS Catalina 10.15.3. I have removed cookies and cache, deleted the game and re-added it. I use Safari, sorry I cannot add another browser. The game partially loads, but when the game comes up and I select the next step nothing happens, it is frozen. I hit the reload and go thru the same process and it is still frozen. It has been this way for at least a week.

    I have the same problem as leftyguitar, beverlyhey, AKGirl58, and barbaraczek. I'm on a Mac Pro with Safari. Hasn't been able to load right in two weeks. I'm on game 4256. It can load to it, but can't play it. When reloading it starts at level one, game one. It will allow you to play ONE game in level one and thats it. Did everything QueenB suggested, still can't play. Can play Candy Crush, Double Down Casino though. It's very frustrating when it's the only game I play, and I spend money for extras, and CAN'T play it! I agree with everything leftyguitar said. Also about "anxiety issues". It helps me a lot. So how about figuring it out and FIXING IT.

    So where is the response from King games? There's an ever-growing list of unhappy gamers here. All reporting the same problem. Is King actually tackling this, or is it just engaged in a worthless marketing exercise and throwing the problem back at us yet again? Why can't King admit that it has an issue? Why can't King at least give us some acknowledgement, and some idea of progress, if there is any? I've deleted the app and won't touch another King game of any sort until someone at King actually comes on this forum to explain what is wrong, what it is doing, and apologises for it's abysmal PR. Stop treating us like a nuisance that you can fob off with smiley-faced "bonuses" and address this issue!

    Still having problem and no answer from email to Customer Service. They also did something to Soda a few months ago and no longer works on my older iPad even tho' in the description it says my iPad is compatible. I was told there was nothing they could do about it. Malarkey.....

    King's response to the problems with Soda Saga, Facebook and Safari is absolutely terrible. I've had little to no feedback, other than to be told to clear caches, clear history, delete and reload the game, all of which I've done several times to no effect. Despite complaining on every platform available, including personal e-mail, King are not answering other than to insult me with "helpful" badges. It's as if they're too scared to admit they have a problem or too lazy to do anything about it. Heaven forbid they should admit that they have a problem with one of their "perfect "games. It's simply not good enough, and I've now been without access to my game for 2 weeks. Shame on you King games.

    Did the worker bees kill the Queen Bee? Are we going to get an answer here? The game is loading fine until it's time to play and that's where it stalls so how about addressing this issue since it's Valentine's day, that would be sweet
