My game is freezing I tried everything even I removed it and reinstall but nothing

It's frustrating, I can imagine. It looks like the app is up to date, so if you've also cleared the cache and completed the troubleshooting steps, and you have at least 2 GB free memory space on your device, the last step is the reinstallation of the game as you can read here.
It could be useful to check if your phone is compatible with the game here as well.

This is the second time I seek HELP! After every level I pass the game is frozen and I couldn't find away to solve the problem so I have to remove and reinstall it and for sure I lose everything I collected.. This is not funny anymore I am playing this game more than 3 years now and all this happened after the last update
