Can you tell me on what device are you playing? It appears this level should be okay on Win 10. So please let us know what device you are on?

I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!
Can you please confirm the device you are using? Is it an Android OR Apple OR laptop? If computer, are you using a Browser like Chrome, etc., OR Windows 10?
I have just played the level on PC and iPad... iPad has the same problem as yours, but on PC, the level is working fine!
So, knowing your device will help me to report the issue to the team to check into it!

I am sorry to know that Windows 10 is also not working! Since you are on a computer, do you think you can play the level on either King.com OR on Facebook or a browser like Chrome OR Edge OR another browser that is available to you?
