As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.

I miss BGH soooooo much. I look forward to it every weekend. It hasn't been there for about 3 weeks now. I really like the opportunity to earn lollipop hammers and gold bars to help pass the super hard levels. Every once in awhile I will pay to break my piggy bank so I can buy more lives. However, I can't afford to do that very often. It's nice to reward your customers, especially the paying ones, every once in awhile! The soda squad, MTF, and daily rewards are nice, but too few and far between! I love candy crush soda and BGH, so wish I could play more!!
Please reduce the duration of activities in the game until Bubblegum hill arrives

We understood that you keep saying that the badges are useless and that there is no BGH. It doesn't change if you keep complaining. So I opened a poll for the badges. But you haven't got there yet. Please don't open new mail all the time !! The big contributions are deposited everywhere. The team is working very hard on this BGH problem. All they can do is work. Please keep calm. There are other games too, so give them a try.

No BGH for me either-Ugh! I thought we would have to wait again until "Bear Brawl" was over but apparently we ALL should be getting "Bear Brawl" AND "Bubblegum Hill" in this month long, "Harmony Season Event." At least that is what they are advertising via description...Not to mention the numerous players who currently have the BGH feature! The players who don't have BGH continue to be told Its been pulled from the game to better improve this feature and lets not forget the favorite generic response of, make sure your app is updated, your cache is clear, uninstall and reinstall the app. At the very least if BGH is not going to be an ongoing month event as advertised; please, give us some type of schedule-(Day of the week) players can expect the BGH feature in the " "Harmony Season Event."
King-Communication and transparency would be much appreciated for your loyal customers!

For those lucky people who have BGH, good for you. I haven’t got BGH for a long long time now, I don’t have bear brawl either. It has been boring to keep replaying level 1 over and over again as I don’t have any new levels to play , good job it’s Friday tomorrow, New levels will appear, MTF just came back yesterday and I have Kimmy’s arcade this morning. Thank God for that..

Ugh! The 3rd level today is even worse than the one we've had the last couple of days. A c-ball/c-bomb start doesn't help much, if at all, as the board needs to be unlocked first.

I think something happened to BGH 😭 I have climbed throne more than 24 hours ago and still there. I don’t think this is possible that no one have dethroned me for over 24 hours though I will be very happy if that is true because can’t even imagine how many gold bars I can get for this time 🤔
It is sad that not everyone have BGH. I understand you guys who don’t have it think that people who have it are lucky and should not complain but we just want to give our feedback so maybe next time BGH is even better.

In this current game, I've made the throne 4 times, got gold; 1, 92, 2, and currently I've been on the throne for 14 hours. Hopefully it isn't a fault.

Yes, 100 gold is max from " one King round".
Time to that is about 12 hours, be a King on the hill, like i wrote to up here, 100 is max.

Well, this latest round doesn't give the same returns, I'm keeping my energy until the next round, it's not worth 10 energy for 3-4 gold and no hour of free play.
I'm happy about getting the striped lolly instead of free lives. Free lives are wasted on me, when they can't be used to play BGH. I haven't gotten much gold though compared to the previous round. They charge me 50 energy to play. Really really miss the 6 lollies we used to get......

I am wondering why my game has reset twice in the last 2 weeks. I do play every morning. I was in the 300 plus days and it reset saying I hadn’t played the day before ( game did an update) and then I was on day 8 and it told me I hadn’t played the day before.
I tried to purchase a 9.99 purchase several days ago. It was denied, then yesterday it went through and shows on my Bank account and in my Google account but the Items purchased did not show up in the game. I either need a refund or purchased items put on my game.
