As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.
Does this makes sense?
Please bring back bubblegum hill. I miss it!
This game has become a joke - obviously just a money grab by King. No answers, just excuses - maybe they should replace "the studio". They're won't be getting any more of my money......
I agree with the comments about the non return of the hill. We need lollipop hammers to progress thru tougher levels. Get a grip King ! Give us the hill or the playing base will diminish exponentially.
I totally agree with you - I'm done playing this game. I recently passed level 3100, but there are no opportunities to collect any boosters without paying for them (except for the 30 minute daily booster). But the levels have suddenly become ridiculously difficult to pass, especially without extra boosters. Obviously, they have set this up to get people to spend more money.

I was management for most of my working life, the level of incompetence shown by these "specialists" is incredible. Had they been in my team, their reviews would have been poor.
I admit that I don't understand their problems, but they've taken something that was working with only minor problems and made it completely unavailable. That's a no-no in any book.

I read a few weeks ago that BGH would be down to fix some glitches. How long exactly will that take? I look forward to playing every weekend. I was hoping BGH would’ve been turned on full time with all this CO-VID nonsense. I hope it’s back soon.

That's exactly right tim never an issue with bubblegum hill until the pandemic started 3 months ago. Over 70 days now it's called GREED. WHILE EVERY OTHER GAME SITE IS DOIN EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO HELP PEOPLE, THIS COMPANY JUST KEEPS SCREWING US OVER MONTH AFTER MONTH

I haven’t had BGH either for a very, very long time 😔 Plus for the past week or two I haven’t had any events at all 😳, except for the Arcade which generally needs bars to complete which I’m running very low on so I don’t play. And, I’m now all out of hammers, stripes and switches because there’s been no way for me get any boosters. Something’s wrong here I suspect 🤔🤔🤔

The mods don't know either. They're just some of "us" with good knowledge who have been given some rights on this forum and a better "in" to King. They aren't paid, or employed at all to do this. So please be gentle with them, they're useful and we don't want them to get cheesed off and disappear. If they did, someone else would have to do the job and I for one don't want it! ⛔️
