As per 11th of June 2021 all we can tell you is that you will be only receiving BGH as a side event with the monthly Seasons ( like Springtime Mystery or Harmony Season)
That is weird 🤔 I was able to win about 3-4 times before the game locks me out. About gold, sometimes it takes awhile before it shows up ( up to 2 days for me)

We've just been informed new tests are starting this week- that means the Bubblegum Hill will not be available for a large group of players for the next weeks, and the test group will possibly be reshuffled.
We don't know for now how long it will take, but we know the Studio team's goal is to make the Hill even sweeter (and stickier?) so I'm sure it will be worth it!

@aimso2020 Well now BGH has been shifted to weekdays Monday to Thursday instead of weekends. I had it on Monday for 2hrs and Thursday for 2 hrs. I guess the change in the number of hours, or the change from using lives to energy or change in days is so that all the players could get access to it. But unfortunately, there are still a lot of players who don't have BGH 😐

Bubble gum hill is still in testing mode. Thats why not available to all and Studios are still monitoring its progress. You may try following basic troubleshooting tips by.
Log out, Update your game application, Restart your device, If you are playing through browser please clear cache / history and Log in again to see if it helps you.

No, I don't have any problem with BGH because I don't have BGH 😅. But about the internet connection, please check to see if your game is up to date.
@Sunny11 Hi and welcome, Bubblegum Hill is being tested by a very small group of players at the moment as they are trying to see if it has any problems. The game team will be monitoring how it is performing before releasing it again. You will have to be patient and hopefully BGH will return very soon

There were issues with BGH and the Studio is testing with a small group players. So last weekend you were part of the testing group. The tests are still going on so you can be updated when BGH comes back in the main thread HERE

Bubblegum Hill has been reported for Problems recently by Players. Thus, it is being tested for Improvement.
Some Players might get it as event and mostly it is not available for some weeks due to testing reasons.

Event is for random selected group and it may rotate among group ... and sometimes new events is on the way to replace old events ...
I'm very upset too. I woke up this morning thinking I'd get to play this whole weekend and NOTHING!!! I don't even feel like playing the game. Bring it back!!!

I am sure you are talking about Candy Soda game, right!
If so, the Bubble Gum Hill appears only on the weekends. He comes on Friday late evening and goes back on late Sundays.
Those are the normal timings he comes in to our games to help us earn few extra boosters. So, you do not have to worry at all that you do not have him in your game on weekdays.
Does this makes sense?
Ok every other stupid event is now live on CCS except BGH and cake event... Well well the studio is taking revenge on us for posting against them??????
Most of iPhone user buy gold or boosters . Android user buy less gold bar or bossters. That's why company is getting higher revenues from USA& less in another countries 🎉🎉

CCSS is declining. It will finish very soon I afraid . I tell you reason most of crushers who play CCSS with their efforts but they don't buy any gold bar or any boosters. I never ever purchased any gold bar or boosters . At some point we required help in shape of BGH . If someone not finding BGH in game then they will stop playing because there will be no hope to pass levels . It's sad but we can't do anything 🎉🎉
Thanks for tagging me @Rock2233. I feel so sad that the studio won't bring back our Bubblegum Hill weekly. I loved it and some of these new events don't work well with me. And our poor Bubblegum Troll doesn't have anything to do anymore. He is feeling sad that he can't help anymore.

Hello @Rock2233 I've exhausted all the levels and usually wait for Fridays for new levels...In the meantime pls suggest what to play?. We don't have BGH, cake levels etc...And now we shouldn't even complain...Heck why the hell am i arguing when the whole CCS team ruined such a wonderful game...RIP

It's ok, most crushers have given up long back and now we are neither interested nor will be exhilarated even if the event makes a comeback..Just to remind of the callous attitude of the studio....Sorry we have better things to do in life..

As the Soda Mods have explained you and you can see in our update on page 1 the last update is:

There are no more updates regarding BGH. We have informed the Studio about your desire for BGH to come back more permanently to the game, but so far there are no plans on having the feature more often or in any other way than the one in the update.

Dear @Yosca don't take it personal. Last from almost 2 years BGH is not coming. You know about importance of BGH because you r also real crusher. You know difficulty of levels, huge amount of pressure, when we have no booster or any gold you can simply understand the value of BGH

I believe King is trying to push us to their other games hence the reason no BGH. Notice all the pop ups are for their other games. Sorry have played them, not so much fun.

I think an update with a rough timescale would be more satisfying than being told ‘not to annoy anyone’. People are looking for an update all we have had is ‘information soon’ when you spend lots of money on the game it is annoying when this happens and people spending money is really what keeps this game going. I can totally understand everyone’s frustration as I look forward to it, it’s the only reason I have played it for years. So no updates really are frustrating

I can understand what you say and I'm really sorry that I haven't given you as many updates as you expected.
The Studio team are still making some updates to the game in order to give you the best experience possible; this means the event will be unavailable until further notice- as soon as they have an update, and I do, too, I will let you know more.

What a joke be patient, don't annoy people, it takes time, are you people kidding us. Bgh has been down 7 weeks out of the last 9, fire the tech team and everyone in management.

Don't tell us to be patient when bubblegum hill has been down for the entire duration of the pandemic for the most part. They started making these changes before lockdown and well into lockdown. Many special game features have been removed during this pandemic. FOR SURE don't bring up covid19 as a reason ANY of this is happening because all they would have to do is LEAVE IT ALONE if that was the case. Instead they systematically removed the decent features during a pandemic. AND WE NEED TO HAVE PATIENCE WITH THEM? Utter nonsense. Telling us patience is the only thing left is not the case. We have ways of letting you know we are displeased. This is one of them. Also giving you 1 star on the app, stopping providing you with money, and telling friends the way king behaved during this time when many of us are out of work and at home. We need to be nicer to the studio because this is a hard time? We are all well aware of how hard this time is. Stop condescending to us. Fix your game.
