I'm on level 841 but it takes me to level 1

For two months, please solve my problem and do nothing, why are you still here if you can't solve the complaints? In candsoda saga I am at level 841 and when I enter the game it always takes me to level 1, I mention that I don't play on the phone or on facebook it went a few days ago and it does and also my computer is good it has nothing so the problem is you, when are you going to solve the problem?

I tried but it doesn't work, when I enter to play candy soda it always takes me to level 1 or enters level 841 where I am but the image is blocked and I can't enter the level, I sent a message to the help center, I sent a message to contact us and there is probably only a robot that always sends me the same message and doesn't help me with anything, can't something really be done?

You say you play neither on a phone nor on Facebook. Do you play on King.com or do you have the Microsoft app and play on a Windows 10 PC?

When you open the game, are you on level 1 and must scroll up to level 841 ? Or have you lost the levels and must play each of them?

Do you connect your game to a King account using the same email address you used when you opened your Community account?
