I'm afraid I've made a mistake when trying to moderate this thread, and due to technical reasons the messages have got a bit mixed up 😓
I'm really sorry about it, and I'll do my best to give a useful and comprehensive update on the different issues listed. The thing they all have in common? There are some test going on at the moment, and some of the problems you guys mention can be due to those tests.
1.- Daily booster time reduced:
This is part of a test- there are players who may have more time, players who may have less. As a test, this is temporary and players are randomly chosen, so the only thing we can do is collect your feedback and wait.
2.- Soda Summer Vacation event disappearing:
This may be due to the event's schedule; each step of the way (Lemonade Cake, Bubblegum Bridge, Chocolate Mountains and Soda Summer Festival) can need a bit of time to start after you finish the previous one, so that it can look as if the event has disappeared.
If the new step doesn't appear in your game after 24 hours, please let us know your player ID .
3.- All events and special features disappearing:
Please make sure the game is fully connected to the Internet. If it is, please post which events you used to have and don't have anymore and when they disappeared. In case ALL events have disappeared, please try to log out and in again, and play one level afterwards. Shouldn't the events be back then, please contact Player Support from the app (tap on the blue cogwheel, on the question mark, select Technical and Connection Issues, tap on the Contact Us button at the bottom of the page) .

They use wifi, I use "Win 10 Pro PC - Desktop App". So they can help you out better.
Below are the current updates on "Soda" & "Saga". Be sure you are current. You might want to check to see if your device is up to date also.
Not sure on the hours for those I tagged for you, so need to wait on them.

Until yesterday I was playing properly with Soda Team. And also I was running my weekly race. Now all this is gone. It's unfair, I'm bored and I'm thinking on disable the app.

Suddenly my team, daily prizes AND Mr toffees' s fair have all disappeared😔 I've closed the game & restarted, also checked for updates but not seeing one currently. I'm sure it'll get fixed soon, just figured I should report!!
Update
So, I cleared cache & stopped the app completely. Teams, Fair, and weekly contest have returned. Now only thing missing is the area to collect gumball goodies & buy power-ups.

Currently the King has released a large number of new events & offers, and has shared it through a few groups. Not all events/ offers are for everyone. Before any change is implemented a randomly chosen group of players is selected to trial the feature, and based upon how the change is viewed king then decide whether the change is one they want to adopt or not. This feature has been rolled out to different players for a certain amount of time but not everyone will receive this same time.
However, in some cases the future may be missing for temporary problems. You can follow the steps below to see if the features /events return to your game.
Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.

0 · Helpful Woah! Sweet Love HahaOnce before (about a year ago) I got this same problem and a guy from the help center told me to clear my cache but when i did that I lose all the boosters i had gained before

0 · Helpful Woah! Sweet Love Haha@brilliantstar Will tag @Sukanta_Biswas he will tell you if this is the case. As far as im aware clearing data removes your boosters not cache, but wait for a reply from sukanta as i may be wrong.

I thought that longevity resulted in increased playtime, not reduction to your 8th day of consecutive logins. Started first of the month. Also experienced Kimmy's arcade for the first time EVER!. Don't see the point … reached level 10 2 consecutive games … took my "rewards" and quit … and noticed nothing added. Guess this is another pay-for-play scheme.
