Lost progress

Lost my progress when it asked me to link up to not loose my place. I was on level 1563.

my user name was seaz and I don’t think it had an email linked

🔺 Now you might come across issues with retrieving your saved Levels (either on a new device or on your current one). As there are different device types, there are different tips and tricks to get you back on track.

• Select this option if you are playing on an Android device. 
• Select this option if you are playing on an Apple device. 

🔺 If you're moving onto a new device make sure to check out our tips here on how to do it successfully. 

🔴 If you have not saved the game, it won't be recorded on King's servers which means we can't bring the lost top scores back to you.

@seaz Hi and welcome. IF you did not have a king or facebook account to which you saved the game. All you can do is contact customer support and see if they will manually restore your levels., Please see post below on help getting your levels restored

Very sorry about that. But if you have not saved your progress through either facebook or king account you need to contact our player support to recover your progress manually.

You can either contact them directly from the settings of your game application (preferred).

Or use below link.

Hi @seaz and a very warm welcome to our Sodalicious Community. As mentioned above - you can contact Player Support and let them know what level you were on. However if you were not playing via a Facebook or King.com account, then that information will not be stored in the Studio servers so in future I strongly suggest you play either thru Facebook or a king.com account.

On a mobile device you should see this picture:

In this case it says "Continue with Facebook" - that is because I was playing via Facebook and then logged out. You can "sign up with email" which will allow you to create a king.com account or if you want to play via Facebook, then click on the blue button and connect the game to your Facebook account (if you have one). 😊
