Bake a Cake- no rewards/ event disappearing

Hi @metalmaria It is the same for me in my game. I haven’t been able to bake a cake with my Soda Squad for quite awhile now as it doesn’t show up in my game either.

Will you please provide your player ID and get on the list for compensation.

To find your Player ID:

Open your game / Select My Profile / Double click on the King logo above your avatar and it will be displayed.

Here is more info on *Bake A Cake, believe this was on the *Small Cake, I saw announcements for it, but never saw it or got it. This is from our @Werner_Cichy. Since he didn't have time to post, & I was tagged here, I'll do it.

From @Werner_Cichy / *Uses Android & Win 10 PC - Desktop App!:

• The small cake was there yesterday morning, but without a normal booster, but with a super lollipop hammer. in 4 parts.
• I was able to bake the first layer, there were 3 levels and received a fourth piece of the hammer. Then the cake was gone again

So the issues continue on this cake. First, for our team. Beware on *Bake A Cake. It seems to run in spurts, first it works, then it doesn't.

I still suggest, that not only my team, but any player having an issue with *Bake A Cake, continue to post here. Maybe the *Studio will get rid of it, for something better.

When posting issues, always best to include:

• *Device You Play On!
• *Soda Version You Are On!
• *Any Screenshots Of The Issue Or Any *Error Codes You May Get, etc...!
• *User ID# - *This Helps King Support To Pull Up Your Records! - *Along With Possible *Compensation By Our CM @LadyRaffie, If You Had A Legit Loss Playing It!

Unfortunately, I hadn't taken a picture of the cupcake yet. I had baked the first layer, 3 levels and got a quarter of a super lollipop hammer. I had to quit the game and 5 minutes later the cake was gone.

However, it was on the mobile device / Android

The section remained. I thought it didn't exist anymore.

Hi Dale @Origins7_Dale thanks for the info, I didn’t see it at all...I also still haven’t had any compo for all the missed rewards from the previous cakes yet just for your information, I know some have had theirs but I don’t think it’s likely those of us who didn’t will get it now.

Yes you will.

Just got @Werner_Cichy his, because he didn't get it either, due to the program being down, along with not including his *User ID# in his post, I did it for him in my post, then by PM. Very easy to miss, since I do long posts. 🤣

Our CM @LadyRaffie will not be back till Tues. morning the 6th.

So again, please *Edit your post or repost, with *User ID# & Tag to our CM on this, explaining you never got your *Compensation when it was offered. Can see my post above on how to get your *User ID#, which I am certain you know.

We have a very special CM here at *Soda, she understands the players losses, & does what she can, when things are working. Why I keep asking the team, to post these things, with the info I suggested above.

On *Supersonic Lolly. Here are some notes.

• *Supersonic Lolly Back on 4/1/2021!
• Got it complete, with #1 in tray!
• On *Level 451!
• No *Yellow Bands around Lolly in tray!
• So think we can collect more than 1 now?

But @Werner_Cichy posted above on *Android, about *4 Pieces on the Lolly. So it seems to be different, depending on *Device. My info is below in *Signature.

• *Got 5 Lolly Pieces on *Bake A Cake Rewards on 4/7/2021
• *2 pieces then 3 pieces of lolly.
• *Need to check my *Lolly Tray, see what's there?
• *Now have 2 Supersonic Lollys in tray!
• *I guess with 1 piece left over, for the next one!
