On the events section it says "Back soon" but in the group chat I keep getting messages saying a layer has been baked and there are prizes to be collected. Why can't I help bake or collect prizes? I haven't had this problem before. Any ideas?

Hi everyone!
We understand your frustration with Bake A Cake not being available and have shared the feedback with the studio making Candy Crush Soda Saga.
At the moment, most Soda features is not available to all players at all times. With so many fun features in the game, we sometimes have to spread out the fun a bit. This means it's not an error if you have different features available in your game from your friends game for example. It's likely at times you will have things your friends don't have and vice versa. I understand this can be annoying though, and have provided the feedback to the studio.
But don't worry, Bake A Cake will be back in your game in the future! 😊
I used to absolutely love bake a cake (& all the team events in general ie kimmys yellow candy collecting etc). I love getting my wonderballs, but I cannot get into the bakery?! And the most annoying thing about it is I'm still getting the notifications " The bakery is now back open!! " and so on..... Please help ❣️🐇🐾💞🙏💕

There is an issue with Bake a Cake and the Game Studio is investigating. Some players can’t bake the cake, while other team mates can 😕

Hi for the last week or so I don't have access to play.
The site says Bakery Opening Soon.

Hope they get this fixed soon because Ive been unable to play the game for 2 days now. When I open the game it freezes on the chefs hat.

I haven’t had Bake a Cake for months??? And here is the new Bake a Cake and again I am left out. I have been playing this for a long time and truly enjoy this game but will probably have to delete if this isn’t resolved soon. I am sure there are many others feeling the same sentiment.

I am sorry about this. There is an issue in Bake a Cake where players are not being able to release friends who lost their chef hats. Unfortunately this is still going on, we don’t have an update yet. When there is an update, you can find it in the main thread here.

If you own Android mobile, visit device Settings - Apps - Candy Crush Soda Saga - Storage - Clear Cache. Be careful not to click "clear data" which deletes your boosters
If you own Apple mobile, visit Settings - Safari - Clear History and Website Data
If you own a Kindle fire, check this out
it's not possible to do in Microsoft app on computer

Why does the bakery say it's clossed yet my team mates are able to bake?
We have 4 Players who could See 👀 the Cakes, and the rest of the Team got the Bakery Will Be Open Soon message. Those Teammates finished the Cakes, but We didn't get enough points to Level Up, of course The Team is already at Tier Level 20. With the other Players NOT making Points We're never going to achieve level 20 again @ 825....
Are You ever going to create more Tiers above Tier Level 20?? Perhaps update to Level 30?

Well I did everything I was told to try and sort it out and nothing worked so I uninstalled the game.Re-installed it yesterday and now it works but at rhe cost of loosing all my boosters. I'm gutted!
