Level 430 of Candy Crush Saga isn't reliably passable

Several times, I've found on Level 430 that I can't get the bear to float any higher even though the bear has reached the top of the screen. After several attempts in which the bear stopped rising at the top of the screen, I diagnosed the problem. The spaces above the bear were all full, but there was no way to crush candies above the top of the screen. Fish would never go higher than the top of the screen. Plus, the candies above the top of the screen couldn't be matched or crushed by blast. They were immune to those.

Level 430
For this level try to play from center of the board and try to make striped candy. Combine striped candy with colorbomb or wrapped candy to break the blockers and soda bottles that are in corner and take bear to the top.

Did you actually read what I posted? I reported the bear reached the top of the screen and the game refused to scroll.

I didn't come looking for advice on how to pass the level. I came to report a software bug. To me, the game should have scrolled enough to let me match or otherwise destroy candies above the bear.

Do you still have this issue? I’ve replayed the level, and I don’t have any problem.

Periodically. You'll notice each time the level could scroll, there's a void with no candies. When I see this issue, that void gets filled with candies prior to the bear reaching high enough.

Since you are reporting a "Glitch" in the game on "Saga Level 430", on the screen not moving, or advancing you, once the level is full with candy water. Always best to include "Screenshots" of the issue, either to us here at King Community, or King Support. Along with the "Device" you use in the game.
I mean even I am confused, all those videos, screenshots above are on "Soda". It can be for the players also, since both games have very similar names. There is "Candy Crush Soda Saga" & there is "Candy Crush Saga".
Of course, I might be wrong on this. Because I don't remember any water levels in Saga, so this might be a Soda level issue after all? Need details here.
