I purchased the piggy bank for 6.99 expecting 100 gold bars. I didn't receive the purchase .

On purchases you need to contact "King Support". We don't do reimbursements here at The King Community.
Also, it depends on "Who" you bought from. If the "Google Store", need to go there. If "Apple Store", then there, & so forth.
Finally, if a "King" purchase, then here is the info, for you.
Here is what you will need:
- *User ID#
- *Receipt Of Purchase (Or Order# etc...) - Screenshot *Or any issues you have, like "Error Codes", etc...
- *Name Of Game
- *Device You Play On
- What is my User ID and where can I find it? — King Community

- Your "User ID#" is the same on all King games you play on.

Or you can contact our Player Support team from your game. Go to the settings cogwheel, click on the question mark, and select what you want done and they will be able to give you a solution!

Finally, if you have to, can always "Dispute" the charge. Most banks you have your charge card issued from, have online sites, where you can do this. Normally, right next to the charge, there is a option to "Dispute", if it is in error. Things like a 2x charge are easy to correct. Or can call your bank. Give them the info, I have listed above for you.
