Hi @cmoore2u and welcome to Soda community :)
Does your game keep crashing after you reinstalled it?
Unfortunately we lose boosters when we unistall and reinstall the game. Boosters and lives are saved locally on our device memory. if those data are permanetly deleted because the game crashes or we uninstall the game, boosters are permanently lost too. Only progress and goldbars are saved in King's server, provided we have a King/FB account.
You may ask for a refund in case you purchased items and you didn't use them yet. Please contact Customer Service directly from your game: please click blue cogwheel - "?" button - "gold bars and purchases" - scroll down and click "contact us"
You can't ask for a refund for boosters won for free in the game, as per King's terms and conditions.
Hope this helps :)

If we have to reset our game to get the PC APP to work and lose all of our boosters, how do we get reimbursed for them? After all, they cost money. Thank you.

Hi @Tony_Deutz We are not talking about resetting the game. Clear cache is something else. If you uninstall and reinstall the app than you’ll lose your boosters. So uninstalling and reinstalling should always be the last solution!
