(FIXED) Playing from Facebook, I lost my list of friends

I'm having the same problem too which has only occurred this week. I play via Facebook (not the installed app), using a laptop Windows 7. Though my friends are able to send me lives, I can't send any to them because no names are coming up. Please help me too?

First of all, thank you all for coming to our Community and repot us your issue with your friend list on Facebook.
We have seen since yesterday some issues with the Friends' list but thanks to your reports we know exactly what the problem is now.
We are currently looking into it and trying to bring an immediate fix for you to either see again your friends back in your game or you are able to migrate them to the new Friends mode.

I have the social hub on my game but none of my facebook friends or contacts play Candy Crush & don't want to. I was relying on the other soda players to receive lives from. Though I have never been able to send lives back

how do I make sure the game is updated? Does it happen when I open it?

If you play on Facebook site, please check if the browser you're using is updated. Click here to check if your browser is updated and then follow the instructions if it's not. If it's updated, the game is also updated
If you play on Soda app, check for updates in your Microsoft Store app.
It's also useful to check if your computer is updated itself 🙂

Not fixed this is what my friend's list looks like. I am up to date on Google, did all the usual cleaned files, tried other browsers still not working. NO Friends please fix

Mine looked like that till about an hour ago. Now it shows all friends. My question is are all friends just the ones that play candy crush soda saga? I don't want to be sending request to friends that do not play.
