Level 5491 now the booster buttons produce no boosters at all.....beginning to think this game is fixed!!!

Hello!
I'm not sure I understand what you mean.
Did you try troubleshooting to see if they help?
- check for Soda and device updates
- check that your device has at least 2 GB of free storage
- provided you have a King account to save your progress try to log out- close game - clear cache* - restart device - open game - log in and pass any level to make sure you reconnected to the server
- you might need to repeat the steps above 3-4 times
*depending on the type of the device you can clear cookies/cache of your device or cache of Soda app directly (Android). More info here. Be careful not to click "clear data" which deletes your boosters
Unfortunately I'm in the 4000s so I can't have a look at this level but @Yosca can π€

Ok forget the boosters.....now I have won the week and it does show 1 win but no reward was given!!!! one thing after another.......who do I talk to about fixing this?

One thing after another now when a friend gives me a life it wont give it to me just sits there spinning like no internet but it is obviously on your end??????????????

I don't have updates about Champion Streak, I'm sorry.
However players who arrive first after winning a weekly race are supposed to win the prizes of that weekly race. the bigger prize that is worth 300 GB should only be given after arriving at first position 3 times (3 weeks) in a row.
Unfortunately I only saw your comment today but if you don't receive a prize in an event even after troubleshooting steps, you may try contacting Player Support to ask them for a replacement:
How to contact Player Support from mobile devices: open soda app - visit settings- click "?" Icon- visit "purchases and golds bars"- "why haven't I received my purchase"- scroll down and click "contact us". Explain your problem and send.
If you don't play Soda on mobile device then contact Support from here. Select: "problems with my purchase" and "purchased items not received". Explain the problem.
It might be helpful to add your game user ID in the form so your gaming account can be easily located by support.

I'm gathering infos about this issue so I can report this ποΈ
You play on Facebook website through browser on Windows 10 and your user ID is 1070998777, correct?
I assumed you already checked that clearing your browser cache and restarting device doesn't change anything?π
Also, this may be not be related but have you considered to download Soda app for free from your Microsoft Store since you play on Windows 10? This platform is usually more stable than Facebook π

Thank you I will try to download from microsoft store and see if that helps......hopefully it saves my position.......keep trying to figure out what is going wrong with facebook play and thank-you again!!!

@Pitty_Kitty Tried to sync facebook with king.com game I downloaded and it says the link is under construction and I need admin authority to use where do I get that I have no idea??? also now the facebook game will not give me any lives if me team member sends me a life it just sits there spinning away and wont credit me the life......haha ha what next!!!
