    Hi, i am getting this error for the past two weeks and its annoying. I have cleared cashe and even restarted the phone several times and even redownloaded the app. Still same issue.


    my phone is iphone 12 promax and im in the UAE. Please assist asap

    I can not believe that you have still not been able to fix this error. I reported this on the 27 July & it is now the 10 August.

    I am still not able to connect or login. I am from South Africa.

    Surely the programmers can find a solution by now.

    Yes i have the same message, I’m from the UAE, my device is iphone 13 pro max, and I’m using Facebook account to log in

    I don’t know my user I’d number but my name I use on the game is sbd01 or carol nassef and no that is nor the error I’m getting it shows a unable to connect to the server on the 4 in a row I have done the update and reinstalled the game it’s on the server nd please get the server fixed I can’t do anything but play and my progress is not saving I should be on level 2826 but I’m on level 2791 on my iPad it’s on the games end not mine

    Hello!

    thank you for infos. It is a known issue that is affecting other players as well. As of yesterday, when we asked community manager for updates, the problem is still being investigated by the Game Studio

    Unfortunately due to this kind of problem the game is offline and is not able to connect to King servers and sync your progress. Old progress can always be retrieved but new progress is only saved locally on the device storage now which means it can be deleted if app is reinstalled, along with boosters.

    Since it seems that this issue is region related, would you mind sharing which country you're playing from?
