Candy Crush Soda Saga not running in UAE

For 3 weeks I cannot login with Facebook, I tried everything:
- I have ios latest version iPhone 11 Pro, I tried to install candy crush soda saga on iPad Pro, same exact problem. (So phone is not the problem, it is the game or account)
- I have latest version of the game and I waited for two updates and still it exits (so game version is not a problem)
- candy crush original game works fine and logs in fine (so the problem is only in soda saga)
- I uninstalled the game (lost my progress) and reinstalled and still problem exists.
- I removed the game from Facebook app settings, and removed Facebook app itself from the phone, still the problem exists.
- Of course I restarted the phone also and nothing happened.
- both WiFi and cellular same problem and still original candy crush works fine.
I guess now the problem is surely in my account from the game developer side, so please help.

Which country are you playing from?
There is an ongoing problem related to this error message and it has been affecting players located in a specific region.
So far we know Soda Studio is working on a solution. We'll let you know when we have updates on this 🙂
Once the error message is gone you should be able to log in to your account and retrieve all progress that was made before the problem arised.
Recent progress that was made while being offline is saved on the device local memory so it gets deleted if app is unistalled

I can’t believe that a big company with a very successful game like this is failing in fixing a connection problem in UAE for more than a month.
can you please give updates or due date before escalating this on social media and reviews?

We're still working on fixing this issue, and working with representatives in UAE to get it resolved. While we want this to be solved as soon as possible, there's no current due date or expected time for this to be solved. Please keep an eye on this discussion and I will keep you all updated to when it is resolved.

It’s not about connection issue.
its not working in UAE. Everything is crashing, I removed the game & reinstall it. Now it’s showing I’ve to start allover from Level 1.
what is this????
