We don't know what's going on yet. We don't have gaming details from many other players having the same issue. This issue is not well known yet. To make a report to CM we need gaming details.
That's why we need help from you, we can't do more than this at this point.

When I play normal candy crush I can see this but when I go on Candy crush soda saga I see this
I can't see anything I am using my phone

Have you tried to force closing the app and logging in again? I had the same board after an update, so I forced close the app, logged back in and slowly my events came back. You can also play some levels and see if your features come back.

Stop working
I'm having exactly the same problem. The game was working this morning but now freezes on loading page. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy A53. I've followed "all" the troubleshooting tips including clearing cache, clearing data, restarted phone, uninstalled and re-installed game. My connection is great, all my other games work including another king game but not this one.It's still stuck on same loading page. Help needed please. Thanks.
I'm also having the same problem on my Amazon fire and on my Samsung galaxy S20FE
