Won' load om my laptop even though all other games do

candy crush soda saga won' load om my laptop even though all other games do. I played last night but today the icon just disappears after I try to load it. what can I do or is it a game/ software issue?

@211331531151109 are you playing the game through Facebook because there is a connection issue for CC Saga so it might be affecting CC Soda Saga too. Facebook is aware of this and they are going to be resolving it but have no idea about the time frame.

Also the studio is looking for feedback on your experience when you run out of moves, so can you all please head on over to this link and if you find that it is affecting your game, can you please respond?

Are you talking about Candy Crush Soda Saga? Have you checked to make sure that your router is working properly? It should be if you can play one of the games. Where are you playing the game - mobile or computer? If it's computer, is it with a browser or Windows 10? I'll give you some troubleshooting below to try.
