    I am also having all of the above problems. lost all extra features and the screen background has changed completely. No race no Mr Toffee Fair ,no rewards in fact no nothing. Being playing for 2 years now thinking of completely uninstalling and not playing again as there is no insentive. this has happened on my windows 10 and my android deivce.

    Thank you @QueenB! I actually did start a Support page about this very issue, where @Yosca very helpfully suggested I make a comment about it here. At your suggestion I have requested my prizes be sent to my account for winning Weekly Contest, but as of yet nobody from support has responded 😕. Should I tag somebody in particular in that Support thread?

    I'm glad that some people have been able to play with all of the features by logging in through Facebook; however, I played through Facebook last night and am doing so right now and all of the above-mentioned features are still gone. I just don't want any of the CCSS powers-that-be to think it's not a big deal since their customers can still access everything through Facebook. I can't and I'm sure others can't. So I'm really hoping that fixing this problem is a top priority.

    I can't access the special features through Facebook either 😕 I tried playing it through there today and not only are the special features also missing, but as I said before, my amount of Boosters is waaaaaay off on that platform.

    I am very sorry to hear about the issue in your game!

    Is it just the Kimmy's Arcade that is missing from your game(s)! Or any other features are missing too?

    By any chance, are you playing on Windows 10?
