    @dimore, please check which app version you are currently using. This is what you should see when you search under downloads and updates in the Microsoft Store:

    If you are still having problems after successfully installing the new update, shut off your computer for 20-30 seconds, then restart and launch the game app. If you are still experience problems, please post a screenshot like the one I posted above so we can confirm you are using version 1.163.500.0.

    It's been over 2 weeks since I lost everything is anything been done to fix this?

    @Gee_62 If you look at the post by @BeckyBubblegum just above yours, she was great about posting how to make sure that you're using the latest version. That fix has restored all of the side games, at least for me.

    Thanks for fixing the game. I updated my game, and got all the prizes, etc. from Soda Squad, Weekly Race, that went missing when the game didn't work right. Looking forward to playing the game again.

    I was having this problem like you all. I uninstalled game yesterday then reinstalled it and it was working fine I was very happy even though I lost all my boosters. Today when I went to play all features were gone again. What do I do now!!!

    Applied the automatic update and everything has returned, soda squad, background and daily board! Thanks very much for the fix from one very happy Candy Soda fan.
