Soda not loading on Mac both on Facebook & King.com

Hi I've just joined this community to try and find out about this. Yesterday when I tried to load Candy Crush Soda it came up with an error message from you and saying try again in a moment. Since then I have cleared the cache, tried to load it many times yesterday and today but it still comes up with the error message i.e. you have experienced an error which we are working hard to fix. Please try again in a moment. This is very annoying as I am playing this with my sister and other friends to see who can win the boosters each week. Thank you.

I have cleared my cache, emptied the trash and rebooted the computer and there is no change. I am playing on a Mac not a PC and that might be an issue for some. Candy Crush Saga works perfectly fine. I am not using Facebook Gameroom to play the game. Candy Crush Soda will load but the first 30 levels are all that shows up (I need to use my mouses scroll function to see those 30 levels) and I am unable to click on any of them. Before I would get an icon in the corner and I could jump to the level I was on but that no longer appears either.

While it is still not working on my Mac on facebook, I feel some progress might be being made. I am now getting to the level that I have been playing however I am unable to click on any level to play. the animation is working (the hard levels still show the flames moving)

King never solves these issues. I've read through various threads about problems on various games for over a year now and there is never a satisfactory resolution.
In the case of the Great Soda Saga Debacle, a whole series of 'hired guns' allegedly 'in the know' have been thrown onto this thread over a period of several months. They are oh so reassuring with promises of a resolution soon, or they'll be sure to pass on your feedback, or it is being investigated, or links to alleged problem solving which amount to nothing more than a loop of no information at all and it is usually obsolete information at that.
They don't care, they never have. This whole site is unprofessional and disorganized. They simply want to enable the game addiction long enough to rake in their revenue.
